These terms apply to text messages sent by Alpha Pest Solutions, a pest control company serving Oklahoma City and the surrounding area.
What the program is
Alpha Pest Solutions sends text messages to customers and to people who have asked us for a quote, about the pest control service we are providing them.
What we send
- Replies to a question you sent us
- Quotes and estimates you asked for
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Notice that a technician is on the way
- Follow-up after a service visit, including preparation instructions
- Notices about your account or your scheduled service
How often
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your request or in connection with a scheduled service, not on a fixed schedule.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Alpha Pest Solutions does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be texted, for example by ticking the SMS consent box on our form, by telling us on the phone, or by texting us first. The consent box is never pre-ticked.
Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying pest control service from Alpha Pest Solutions. You can decline texts and still be a customer.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
Your mobile number, your consent to be texted, and any information you send us by text are never sold, rented, shared, or otherwise passed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent applies only to Alpha Pest Solutions and cannot be transferred. Service providers involved in delivering the messages process this information solely to send them on our behalf.
